1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by 3 Stone Landscaping ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for landscaping services provided through our website, estimates, or direct agreements.
By booking or purchasing services from us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. General Policy
Due to the nature of landscaping services, labor, scheduling, and materials, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has been scheduled or commenced.
Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances described below.
3. Deposits

Deposits are required to reserve scheduling and/or purchase materials.

All deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered.

If a project is canceled before any scheduling or material purchase, partial refunds may be considered at the Company’s discretion.
4. Cancellations by Client
If the Client cancels a project:

More than [48–72 hours] before scheduled work: partial refund may be reviewed, excluding administrative or planning costs.

Less than [48 hours] before scheduled work: deposits and/or fees may be forfeited.

After work has started: no refunds will be issued for completed labor or materials used.
5. Cancellations by Company
If 3 Stone Landscaping must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, etc.), the Client may choose:

To reschedule the service, or
-
To receive a refund for any unperformed work.
6. Work Quality Concerns
If the Client is dissatisfied with completed work, they must notify us in writing within [48 hours] of service completion. We will review concerns and, if valid, may:

Correct or redo the service

Offer partial credit toward future services

Provide a partial refund at our discretion
7. Materials and Third-Party Products
Refunds are not available for materials that have been installed, used, or custom-ordered specifically for a project. Any warranties for plants or materials are limited to supplier or manufacturer terms where applicable.
8. Weather and Delays
No refunds will be issued for delays or rescheduling caused by weather conditions or other factors outside our control.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of administrative fees where permitted by law.
